How To Get A Six Pack In A Month
By Ryan Allen • Sep 6th, 2008 • Category: Features, GuidesSix pack abs. So many of us want them, but there are so few willing to put in the time and effort to get them. Getting a six pack requires more than just a few crunches everyday for a couple of weeks. You need to be dedicated, motivated and most of all know exactly how to do it. Of course, you need to try and fit in exercise as much as possible. so exercise at work and other places can help a lot if you don’t get much free time at home.
There are three types of people who want a six pack. The first want it but are too lazy to work for it. They will never have one. The second are willing to do the work, but go about it so horribly wrong that they get disheartened after not seeing any results. The third are willing to put in the effort and know what to do. These are the only people who’ll ever get a six pack.
So which one are you? If you read this site, you’re well on your way to being in the third group.
Now that’s out the way, you want to know how to get a six pack in a month. I’m not going to tell you that everyone can do it in that amount of time because it’s simply unrealistic. The good news though is that getting a six pack isn’t as hard as you think, so while it might take some people one month and others six, if you want it you can get it.
Everyone has a six pack already, it just doesn’t show for most people because of the layer of fat covering it. That means you need to reduce the amount of fat content in your body as well as building ab muscles. This is where the majority of people go wrong, as they think that building their stomach muscles through crunches, sit-ups etc is enough. These exercises are great for building abs but don’t burn off many calories, so you need other exercise for that.
Now this is why you can’t say how long it will take individual people to get six packs, as it depends on your bodies fat percentage. If you’re already slim, then you may be able to do it in a month, if not then it’ll take longer. It’s important not to lose weight too quickly as this could make you lose muscle mass also. It needs to be a gradual process.
The best way to lose the body fat is through a set regime of exercise and healthy eating. Trust me, if you go on a crash diet you’re not going to get a six pack. You need to work out how you can lose weight relatively slowly while at the same time building up your ab muscles.
Getting a six pack isn’t really that hard, it just requires some patience and determination. If you have that, armed with the knowledge in this article on how to get a six pack in a month you are on your way to getting washboard abs.
